Complaints

We know that the vast majority of our pupils and parents are happy with what we do here at the academy. Sometimes, though, things do go wrong, and we want to make sure that we deal with any complaints or concerns swiftly and sensibly.

We always appreciate the opportunity to listen and respond to your concerns and queries before they escalate and become worse. Please contact us and ask to speak to a Head of Year, Head of Faculty or Member of the Senior Leadership Team as appropriate.

However, if we have been unable to resolve something to your satisfaction, please click here to find our trust-wide complaints policy and procedure which will indicate clearly the steps you should take if you have any concerns. This policy follows national guidelines and will ensure that your complaint is taken seriously.
